Kingsley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s in Accountancy, specializing in helping real estate professionals optimize their financial strategies.

His journey into real estate began when he supported his brother in acquiring and scaling a dental practice and real estate portfolio, serving as the first office manager and accountant. Since then, Kingsley has worked with hundreds of business owners and real estate professionals, cultivating a passion for navigating complex financial environments, structuring businesses, and minimizing taxes.

Far from being a traditional “bean counter,” Kingsley positions himself as a strategic Tax Advisor. He partners with real estate investors, developers, and professionals to not only maximize their profits but also retain more of their earnings. By developing tailored tax strategies, he helps his clients achieve growth and long-term success.

Outside of his professional life, Kingsley enjoys watching football. A former Division 1 college quarterback, he understands the leadership and strategy needed to drive success, both on the field and in the financial world. Kingsley brings this same energy and focus to help his clients reach their financial goals.

As a real estate investor actively growing her own portfolio, she brings first-hand experience to her work.

Born and raised in Japan to a Japanese mother and Korean father, Mianu is fluent in Japanese, Korean, and English.

Married to a Korean spouse, she cherishes family time with her son and daughter, and two beloved senior dogs, Bailey and Brody. The family enjoys outdoor activities and picnics together.
